Our Team
Pilar Domínguez
Founder & CEO. Head of Strategy
Pilar has a degree in Fine Arts from the UPV- EHU and a Master's degree from the UOC. She is Brand Creation and Management Specialist. Co-founder, Brand Manager and Creative Director at Mandarina Creativos and Mandarina Brand Society. Strategic management and execution of projects linked to Tourism and Hospitality in the areas of analysis, design, communication and marketing for over twenty years.

She stands out for her sensitivity and capacity for analysis, which allows her to visualize the thread of the projects, place and focus them from coherence to Brand Values and the fulfilment of strategic objectives.
Carlos Belío
Account & Project Management
Among Carlos' main activities is the acquisition of new clients and above all to loyal and care of current ones. He uses his communication and people skills for daily dialogue between customers and the operating team, a task in which the facets of listening, seeking agreements, coordination and incident management are particularly important. He also deals with some management and administration tasks.
Massimo Zoia
Brand Consultant
Massimo is convinced that a well-structured brand strategy, resulting from an intelligent analysis, is fundamental for a solid, rational and effective development of any business idea.
Italian, engineer, based in Spain for several decades, he has worked for agencies such as Interbrand, Lambie Nairn, Cheil, Superunion, and collaborated with Saffron and Brand Union.

He has managed major accounts helping to define brand strategies, visual identities and retail design for brands such as Platea Madrid, Multiopticas, Movistar, Repsol, Dia, Samsung, Vodafone.
One of his vocations is teaching and he has been a professor at IED.
He es also a pastry artisan, sensitive and attentive to detail, he has created his brand Dulce Dimensión.
Mar Suau
Hospitality Associated Consultant
Family of hoteliers and co-owner of the Hotel Son Brull in Mallorca, she has more than 25 years of experience in this sector, always managing independent hotel projects focused on the premium market segment.

Mar has been a member of the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of Relais & Chateaux for 10 years and continues as a member of the quality committee, which ensures that the high standards set by the association are maintained among its members.
True to his passion for providing clients with unforgettable experiences, he recently founded Foodie Cycling, a travel agency from which he designs customised cycling tours combined with food and wine experiences.
Sebastián Negrín Bello
Head of Design. Brand Designer
Sebastián was born in Tenerife and trained at the Eina School in Barcelona, specialising in logo design, branding, editorial and art direction. Sebastián has grown as a professional in leading agencies and consultancies in the sector such as Mucho or Summa Branding. It is a pleasure for us to count on his gentle accent, his sensitive yet structured approach to projects, and his great experience and professionalism.
Cristina Carbajales
Brand Designer
Cristina is an art director and graphic designer born in Barcelona and trained at the Elisava school. She has more than 15 years’ experience in leading studios and consultancies in the sector, such as Summa Branding, and specialises in branding, editorial and packaging.
What she values most is the conceptual and global approach to projects, creating brands that are aligned with their purpose and helping them to connect with their objectives. She approaches every project with curiosity and is always eager to learn and share with the rest of the team. She loves challenges and pushing brands beyond expectations.
Sensitive, organised, structured, a great communicator and with a sense of didactics that helps simplify decision making and generate confidence in clients, she is for us a benchmark of seriousness in our work, quality and timelessness in the result and a great partner, generous and always willing to lend a hand when needed.
Miguel Ángel Moyá
Digital Product Designer
Miguel has a structured and very rigorous way of designing. His impeccable, exquisite and minimalist graphic style, his knowledge of usability, and his long experience in developing interfaces for the Tourism sector in large companies such as Logitravel, make him our specialist in interaction and conversion-oriented graphic developments.
Dacil Sánchez
Head of Digital. Digital Product Designer
Dacil is from Bilbao with a Canary Island name, a high-contrast mix. She graduated in Creation and Design from the UPV-EHU, continuing her training in graphic design with a Master’s degree at the EINA School in Barcelona. She likes to keep abreast of the latest design trends and create innovative solutions, which led her to specialise in the field of UX/UI.

She has worked for prestigious agencies and consultancies such as Summa Branding, Marina Goñi or Zorraquino, where she has grown as a Digital Product Designer. She is a perfectionist, organised and expressive, with very clear ideas. She comes to Mandarina to share her enthusiasm and help us to reinforce our clients’ brand experiences in the digital environment.
Javier Esteban
Brand & Digital Product Designer
Javier was part of Camper's internal Design Team for several years, where he grew up as a professional and was able to live at first hand the creative processes oriented towards Branding, Fashion and Retail. His international experiences in London and Berlin give him a young, modern, cosmopolitan, creative and remarcable digital vision that he captures in the projects that require a vision from an unusual angle.
Gema Hevia
Brand Activation
Gema has been involved in marketing for the tourism sector for more than 15 years, where she has been in charge of devising and planning the appropriate actions and communication to position the brand of several hotel chains in the market.

Her analytical and creative mind, as well as her high aesthetic sensibility, is evident in each of the projects in which she is involved, a combination of attributes that allows her to activate brands with coherence and consistency in different channels and media.

With a clear focus on sales, and with experience in both digital and offline, she believes that a brand must have its own identity and personality, as well as clearly transmitting its values and attributes in order to connect with the public.
